Shipping within New Zealand Available Only.
Free Delivery over $100 NZD.
All purchases are packaged & shipped from New Zealand.
Under $100, shipping as follows:
- $7.50 NZD for urban delivery in NZ for orders under $100 NZD
- $10 NZD rural anywhere in NZ for orders under $100 NZD
Product Return Guarantee
We offer a 14-day product return guarantee for products that are unopened and in the same condition as it was sent. To arrange a product return, please contact our Customer support team at info@modstoyou.co.nz.
Delivery Timelines
All orders are couriered with the fastest carrier on the day. Our most frequently used are Post Haste, Castle Parcels, NZ Post, and NZ Couriers.
Orders will be dispatched within the day or the next business day you have placed the order. After your order is dispatched, please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. Rural delivery times will vary depending on your local carrier.
If your order does not arrive within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact info@modstoyou.co.nz.
Packaging
Our courier packs for all orders are compostable, eco friendly & biodegradable. They are made from cornstarch & non-toxic ink. The packs are lined with recyclable kraft packaging wrap to protect your order on its journey to you.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact info@modstoyou.co.nz with a photo of the damaged goods.
